These skills/actions are powered by our iX Hello platform, validating the user’s identity, grabbing their issue of interest, finding their official’s contact info via API integration, and connecting them to the right office using an Amazon Chime SDK multi-party call. - Issue-Guided Calls-to-Action
Users mobilized by outreach around a specific issue or topic of interest are guided by the Alexa skill on talking points or recommended actions. They’re then invited to speak directly with or record a message for their government official. The voice assistant, powered by Amazon Chime and Lex, guides them through the process. Once recorded, the organization’s team reviews the message through a web portal, and once approved, it’s delivered straight to the official’s phone line.
