Five Stevie Sales and Customer Service Award Wins for Concentrix

Concentrix won five awards at the 2020 Stevie Sales and Customer Service Awards in Las Vegas on Feb. 28. These awards are an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines crucial to business success. More than 2,600 nominations from 48 countries were evaluated across organizations of all sizes and industries this year.

Concentrix’ Voice of the Customer integration led to a win in the Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy category. The winning nomination demonstrated how Concentrix’ tools give frontline staff real-time visibility into customer feedback, contributing to a “customer first” culture that improves the customer journey. Clever use of technology also led to a win in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category for the Multilingual Hub. This tool, created in partnership with Unbabel, combines AI with human interaction for accurate, real-time language translations.

Concentrix’ partnership with DISH Network to implement a Conversational Virtual Assistant, which allows interactions using natural language, led to a win in the Innovation in Customer Service category.
