These awards are an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines crucial to business success. Clever use of technology also led to a win in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category for the Multilingual Hub. This tool, created in partnership with Unbabel, combines AI with human interaction for accurate, real-time language translations.
Concentrix’ partnership with DISH Network to implement a Conversational Virtual Assistant, which allows interactions using natural language, led to a win in the Innovation in Customer Service category.
