Brandon Hall Group has announced the winners of its 2023 HCM Excellence Awards, which recognize companies that create innovative and effective business strategies that improve the human capital management space and help other organizations make a more measurable impact on their business. We are thrilled to announce Concentrix has earned eight awards in the following categories: Two awards in Best Advance in Managing a Remote or Hybrid Workforce, Best Advance in AI for Business Impact, Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning, Best Certification Program, Best Advance in Leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives, and Best Benefits, Wellness and Well-Being Program.
- We received the award for Best Advance in Managing a Remote or Hybrid Workforce for MetaX, our virtual campus that is aimed at providing an immersive community experience for its teams, and retention across a brand ambassador’s (Advisor staff) journey.
- We won another award as the Best Advance in Managing a Remote or Hybrid Workforce for HOMEr, an advanced SMS-based Virtual Assistant that proactively engages with new hires by using relevant messaging as a primary mode of communication during the onboarding, training, and job-start-up processes.
- We were recognized as Best Advance in AI for Business Impact for CX Quality Insights Model, a redesigned Quality Assurance Program that combines human expertise with artificial intelligence to provide timely and relevant business insights that improve Customer Experience.
- We won the award for Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning for Trailblazer gamification, which gamifies the 30-day new hire curriculum for the three main lines of business for a leading client in the travel industry.
- We were honored with the award for Best Certification Program for Concentrix Pinnacle & ASEAN SLP: the best leadership development & certification programs for global senior leaders as well as mid-to early senior level leaders specifically in the ASEAN region.
- We won the award for the Best Advance in Talent Acquisition Process through the introduction of the latest & best-of-class Talent Acquisition Technology & Tools, leading to greater heights for our organization and new hire experience.
- We received the award for Best Advance in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives for Concentrix’s DEI by building an inclusive environment that respects differences and fosters inclusion.
- We were awarded for having the Best Benefits, Wellness and Well-Being Program by building a strong ecosystem which contributes to psychologically safe workplace for our staff.
