Inspiring Workplace Awards Recognize Concentrix as a Top Company in Inspiring Communication and Inspiring Technology
Our HR Strategy is centered on creating a fanatical staff experience through strategic communications, digital technology, leadership development, and overall HR transformation. Due to challenges and social unrest in 2020, there was an immediate and targeted approach for our key priorities; communicating with staff and safety and security. Our key staff communication tool, the Concentrix One mobile app, allowed uninterrupted communication, engagement and employee safety and security during this critical time. Concentrix is proud to receive the Inspiring Workplace Awards for Innovative Use of Technology and Innovative Communications as a result of these efforts to provide an excellent staff experience even during a tumultuous year.
In 2020, HR built its 5-year communications strategy around the pillars of staff engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; wellbeing; and global citizenship. This became the key Communication initiative which connected all staff as One Concentrix. One of the stand-out HR communication and engagement initiatives was the creation of the HR Community and Culture team which focuses on building belonging, where our staff can bring their true selves to work and be fully engaged every day.
Concentrix is on a journey of digital transformation. The Concentrix One mobile app was designed for top-down communication, bottom-up feedback and overall employee engagement. This tool is now a personal digital assistant for staff that helps increase their engagement, experience and productivity and improve staff ring communication and content to staff to ensure we achieved our HR objectives.
