Las Vegas, NV – December 17, 2014 – On November 14 at the Contact Center World Global Best in the World conference (held in Las Vegas), Concentrix and Cisco won the gold award for “Best in the World for Business Partnership”. During the award ceremony the companies were honored for their joint commitment to excellence and the integrity of their partnership, which began over a decade ago.

“’Best in the World for Business Partnership’ is the public proof of a private commitment to follow through on integrity, respect, innovation, and ambition on the part of Concentrix and Cisco,” said Valerie Sujobert, Service Manager, Cisco Systems, Inc., “and we couldn’t be more proud.”

The Concentrix-Cisco relationship was forged over time through a “joint commitment to each other,” as described by Chris Caldwell, President of Concentrix Corporation. “The partnership has continued to thrive and develop over the course of more than a decade, and is rooted in a passionate commitment to high value customer engagement and demonstrated through shared business aims and challenges.”

Concentrix and Cisco previously secured the Outsourcing Partnership Award at the Contact Center World Conference in Lisbon in June, where they qualified to present in Las Vegas by winning regionals for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Judges described the relationship as “going far beyond a client/outsourcing relationship… courageous, collaborative and committed to staff engagement. The potential for development… has engendered an overwhelming sense of unity.”

During the “Best in the World” conference, Concentrix and Cisco provided an overview of their unique blended delivery model. The presentation focused on five key differentiators which contribute directly to the value of the partnership, including communication and flexibility. Discussions included platform coverage on a weekly and monthly basis, and the use of telepresence to ensure face-to-face interactions in building rapport. Both companies were also consistently willing to reassess the relationship, which has resulted in greater teamwork and increased productivity.

The first-place world ranking of Concentrix and Cisco for Business Partnership came as a result of masterful collaborative efforts throughout qualifying events, and is evidence of many more such landmark achievements to come.
