Concentrix’ innovative Project Change program is recognized for bringing sustainability solutions to communities across the globe

Concentrix is honored to be recognized by the 2024 Sustainability Awards for Project Change, our global ESG program. The program won Sustainability Initiative of the Year, an award that showcases a wide range of inspiring, innovative, and creative approaches to delivering a better world through business.
Project Change encourages all our staff to forward their ideas that address the environmental and social challenges of our time. Out of hundreds of submissions, the most promising ideas are selected by Concentrix leaders, and support is provided to bring these ideas to life. Selected project owners are supported by a mentor and join a Concentrix-led impact-accelerator guided program. Since the launch of this program in 2023, we have brought several ideas to life with 9 active projects and 8 new projects in the pipeline. Some of our amazing projects include:
- Knitting Hope: Repurpose plastic and serve local communities by donating useful knitted items to disadvantaged communities. Plastic bags are repurposed via crochet.
- Adopt-a-Community program in the Philippines: An urban farming and livelihood program with the objective of empowering families and communities to be self-sufficient. 76 families are being supported across 4 communities in the Metro Manila area.
- Deaf Culture and Sign Language Training: Provide deaf culture and sign language professional development to our staff through an interactive online training program in CNX University. The course has been completed 1000+ times to date.
The Sustainability Initiative of the Year award recognizes Concentrix’s outstanding dedication to upholding vital ESG initiatives and encouraging social and environmental stewardship among its staff. This effort goes beyond Project Change & One Young World and can be seen in other Concentrix ESG programs, such as our Concentrix Carbon Challenge portal. Concentrix continues to remain committed to delivering positive and meaningful impact – changing lives for the better and creating a more sustainable planet for future generations.
