Concentrix won two Golden Globe Tiger Awards thanks to an exemplary dedication to the industry’s leading advances in technology and best practices. Concentrix won in the category Excellence in Cybersecurity for demonstrating cybersecurity leadership through its partnership with various U.S. and Philippines law enforcement and legal agencies to more successfully prosecute fraud cases, paving the way for other successful prosecutions. Concentrix won for Best Use of Technology for Training for our successful gamification and chatbot solutions, which made learning easier and more enjoyable for trainees.
