Concentrix won two Stevie Sales and Customer Service awards. The first, in the category Contact Center Solution– New Version, was awarded for enhancements to our cloud-based business analytics (BA) reporting solution. The second, Technology Solutions to Accelerate Digital Transformation While Minimizing Risk, won in the category of Sales or Customer Service Solutions Technology Partner of the Year. Independent judges agreed that these nominations are worthy of international recognition and offered a Bronze Stevie Award.
In the Contact Center Solution– New Version category, Concentrix Business Analytics (BA) was recognized for its ability to provide operations and business reports. A case study focused on how we recently instrumented a leading health insurance provider’s interactive voice response (IVR) applications to provide the business data the client needed to answer its critical questions. Thanks to BA, the client can now clearly see where and why transfers are occurring and take corrective actions to give frequent callers the attention they need.
