Concentrix Courses
Courses are offered in a classroom, as a webinar, or as e-learning modules. Courses cover product fundamentals including architecture, features, functionality, technologies, and techniques, as well as hands-on programming, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.

Q. How do I register for a course?
To begin the course enrollment process contact the Learning Center by telephone or email. Once your enrollment is received, you will be contacted by the Training Coordinator to finalize your enrollment and tuition payment.

Q. How will I know if I am registered for a course?
You will receive a course confirmation email from the Training Coordinator within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your Enrollment Form. If you have not received your confirmation notice within this time, please contact us at [email protected].

Q. Can courses be delivered at my company site?
Yes, the Concentrix Learning Center can deliver training at your site. For more information contact us at [email protected] or call us at: (972) 454-8229.

Q. How can I pay for the course?
You will receive a tuition quote in your course confirmation email. This tuition quote must be signed and returned prior to your course start date. You will then receive an invoice for your training tuition. Payment methods are check or purchase order.

Q. Where do I fax the Purchase Order?
Please fax a copy of your Purchase Order to the Concentrix Learning Center at (972) 454-8098.

Q. What is your course cancellation policy?
We often have waiting lists for our scheduled classes, so if you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible. Please contact us if you need to substitute your attendance with another participant from your organization.

If cancellation occurs … You are charged …
Up to 10 working days before course start date: No charge
One to nine working days before course start date: 50% of course fee
On the actual course start date or after: 100% of course fee

Course dates are subject to change/rescheduling if enrollment minimums are not met. If the start date of your course changes, you will be notified at least two weeks prior to the original course start date. We recommend that you not book non-refundable airline reservations during this time period.

Q. What is your no show policy?
All registered and confirmed students who do not attend a class are liable for the full tuition fee and will be billed accordingly.
