(June 23, 2025) – Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global technology and services leader, announced today it will present the customer listening strategies that drive continuous experience improvement and long-term growth for DIRECTV for Business during Forrester’s CX Summit North America, June 23-26, at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee.

During the event, Kaitlen Elmore, Senior Director of Voice of Customer at Concentrix, and Maya Desai, Director of Advanced Analytics at DIRECTV for Business, will present “Customer Loyalty: Combat Churn and Capture Market Share” on June 25 in Bayou A – Level 4 at 12:30pm CDT.
