Company deploys Salesforce’s Tableau Next to help clients embrace agentic AI innovation

NEWARK, Calif. (April 16, 2025) – Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global technology and services leader, announced today it will speak about and demonstrate its use of Salesforce’s Tableau Next to modernize sales intelligence capabilities and deliver faster, more informed decisions across teams during Tableau Conference 2025, April 15–17, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, California.

Brad Jackson, Managing Director, Analytics Consulting at Concentrix, will present “Reinventing Customer Intelligence with Tableau Next” on Wednesday, April 16 on Stage 3 at the Content Pavilion, Ground level, from 1:00pm – 1:40pm PDT to detail best practices the company has learned during its deployment of 360-degree customer interaction metrics across marketing and sales activity, purchase behavior, customer satisfaction, contact center performance, loyalty, sentiment, and retention. The company deployed the solution for use in its own operations to build real-world expertise in agentic AI that can be used to create exceptional customer journeys for its client implementations.
