Through 69 projects with 48 nonprofit partners in 42 countries, Think Human positively impacts more than 58,0000 lives
NEWARK, Calif. (May 14, 2025) – Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC), a global technology and services leader, announced today the launch of its 2024 Think Human Fund annual report, detailing the positive impact of Think Human’s mission to build climate change resilience and facilitate access to quality and relevant education for communities with limited opportunities.
Resourced and funded by Concentrix and hosted by King Baudouin Foundation, Think Human drove educational development for youth and environmental repair worldwide during 2024, tapping into its nonprofit partner and volunteer networks to create lasting change within communities at the local level.

2024 highlights include:
- Holistic education and environmental initiatives supported digital skills, career development, water access, tree planting, and food security, with programs tailored to community needs across 42 countries.
- More than 3,270 teachers, mentors, and mediators from 432 schools empowered through a total of 42,000 hours of training.
- More than 81,000 trees planted throughout the year in countries like Canada, United States, Thailand, Egypt, and Indonesia.
Think Human support spans a wide range of community-driven projects, from tech-based education to ecological restoration, including:
- The Philippines: Partnered with Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) to provide 395 marginalized young adults near Manila and Cebu with essential digital, social-emotional, and career skills.
- Egypt: Worked with nonprofit Shagrha to plant 11,660 fruit trees in hospitals, schools, and public spaces, promoting urban food security and benefiting more than 30,000 people.
- Benin: Supported Cité Saint Damien’s expansion of educational facilities, creating more classroom space, specialized centers for students with learning disabilities, and programs promoting sustainable agriculture for 130 children.
- Romania and Vietnam: Collaborated with Hope and Homes in Romania and Saigon Children in Vietnam to facilitate scholarships and vocational training for students, to address the underrepresentation of students from low-income backgrounds in higher education.
- Dominican Republic: Collaborated with Abriendo Camino Foundation to create urban rooftop gardens promoting agroecology, targeting 422 families directly and 1,648 indirectly in the Villas Agrícolas, a neighborhood in Santo Domingo.
By 2030, Think Human aims to support 100 projects, meeting ambitious targets aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals including facilitating access to quality education to more than 80,000 people and planting more than 300,000 trees. More than 80 Concentrix Think Human Ambassadors support projects on the ground, helping recruit volunteers and raise further donations and awareness of Think Human Fund’s and Concentrix’ shared Giving Principles: Give Voice; Give Money; Give Time; and Give Things.
