Inspiring Workplaces Group Recognize Concentrix’ Strength in Inclusivity
Concentrix has been recognized by Inspiring Workplaces on its inaugural Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces list, which recognizes the most forward-thinking and people-first organizations in North America, at #13. Recipients are selected and ranked based on six fundamental elements to creating an inspiring workplace: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, communication, and empowering employees. This is the second year in a row Concentrix has been recognized by Inspiring Workplaces, last year for Inspiring Communications and Inspiring Technology. These awards stand as a true testament to the strength of our commitment to our people.
To earn these honors, Concentrix demonstrated award-winning strategies, including:
- DEI Initiatives like the Be Seen, Be Heard, Be You campaign: This is a call to action to self-identify ethnicity, gender, disability status and type, sexual orientation, and gender identity in our human capital management system.
- Our culture: Concentrix continues to dedicate resources and long hours to enhancing and prioritizing an all-encompassing internal strategy that advances our vision of a cohesive, respectful, and equitable culture.
- Wellbeing priorities: Our army of over 2,000 Mental Wellness Partners serves staff every day, and 221 Peer Support Partners engage them around difficult topics.
- Communication: We believe in creative communication and offer an array of platforms where staff can freely communicate, including virtual hallways, QuickConnect, an escalation/help matrix, the Concentrix One staff app, and our weekly newsletter, the Buzz, which is available in multiple languages.
