Concentrix Nicaragua Wins Exporter of the Year Award for World Class Services
(Dateline - Managua) April 16, 2014 -- Concentrix Corporation's Nicaragua operation has received the Services Exporter of the Year award from a national economic development and trade organization for its delivery of services internationally.
The annual services exporter award from APEN (Association of Producers and Exporters of Nicaragua) recognizes outstanding export companies who offer their services in international markets.
Concentrix opened its operations in Nicaragua in 2008 with a world-class center located in the capital city of Managua. The global top 10 company has more than 45,000 staff in 36 countries after acquiring IBM's customer care and industry process services business.
