Concentrix to Support Leading Provider of On-Demand Security

Company to Provide Inbound Support For Hospitality and Messaging Services

Rochester, NY – December 2, 2008 - Concentrix Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), today announced an agreement with the world’s only provider of on-demand security services to provide contact center support services for the client’s hospitality and messaging services in North America.

Concentrix will provide in-bound technical support for the provider’s clients including resolving Internet connectivity issues, email issues, resolving email configuration problems and assisting hotel guests with connectivity.

Concentrix has over 4,000 employees worldwide and will deliver services for this contract from the company’s new state-of-the-art center in Eastwood City, Manila, Philippines. Concentrix operates in five locations in the Philippine islands providing support to leading companies in the hardware, software, networking and consumer electronics markets.
