New Program will Provide Customer Service to Client Base
Rochester, NY - July 15, 2010 – Concentrix Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), announced today that it has entered into a multi-year contract to provide customer care services to the Richmond Times Dispatch, Media General’s daily newspaper in Richmond, Virginia. Media General is a leading provider of news, information and entertainment across multiple media platforms, serving consumers and advertisers primarily in the southeastern United States.

Concentrix will provide support to Richmond Times Dispatch subscribers for a variety of functions, including redelivery of a missing or damaged newspaper, temporary delivery stops and restarts for vacations, new subscription starts, subscription payments, and change of address along with many other similar functions.
