Expected to Generate over $1 Million in Incremental Revenue
Rochester, NY — June 10, 2011 — Concentrix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), announced today that the company has initiated a service contract management program with the leading worldwide supplier of equipment, systems and service to the foodservice and food retail industry. The program has been designed to significantly increase revenue and drive measurable improvements in the number and quality of customer interactions, customer data quality and ultimately customer satisfaction.
As part of the program launch, Concentrix has worked with the client to refine their sales processes to maximize revenue by fully supporting all service renewal opportunity types. The primary objective of the program is to drive incremental revenue in excess of $1.5 million in the first twelve months.
