Jack Johnson Brings over 25 Years Experience to Company

Rochester, NY — June 28, 2011 — Concentrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) today announced that Jack Johnson has been named Vice President, North America Renewal Services. He will assume responsibility immediately for the North American renewals business – including service delivery and professional services. Mr. Johnson will be based out of the Concentrix offices in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Mr. Johnson comes to Concentrix with an extensive domestic and international background in renewals, services sales and support operations for technology and business outsource companies. With more than 25 years experience in the industry, he has distinguished himself by leading his organizations to high levels of performance while building efficient business systems and developing leadership qualities in his teams. Most recently, Jack was instrumental in building the service renewals business for ServiceSource’s EMEA operations, and then leading North American Operations for Rainmaker.
