The Concentrix service revenue sales team in Costa Rica will support F5 Networks’ Latin American renewals business using the proprietary RenewalsManager® platform, which drives increased renewal revenue and customer retention by simplifying support contract and subscription management. The RenewalsManager® platform supports the entire renewal process, from data management to initial customer contact and final analysis of results – including a partner portal for managing customer contracts.
