Multi-year agreement to deliver improvements in retention and revenue

Rochester, NY — July 26, 2011 — Concentrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) announced that the company will handle contract extension, subscription extension and other renewals business for a technology leader in business security solutions –including firewalls and IT security software.

The multi-year agreement will use the Concentrix RenewalsManager™ suite as a replacement for the client’s internal system. RenewalsManager™ will be utilized throughout the customer renewal chain to support inside sales, channel partners and end-users. The platform’s numerous capabilities – including ecommerce functionality – will allow for easy purchase via credit card, purchase order or other means.
