CCMA Ireland is the leading industry association for the promotion and development of the contact center industry in Ireland. CCMA’s goal is to promote and give recognition to the contact center management profession and to actively promote continuous professional development of contact center professionals.
The Outsource Partner-of-the-Year category is in recognition of the challenging multi-channel projects being undertaken in Ireland by outsourced contact centers. In winning this category, Gem demonstrated excellence in working together with Cisco to deliver customer service by close cooperation. Working in partnership for over 8 years, Concentrix has continuously grown the relationship with Cisco, increasing the scope and diversity of service.
The Best New Product or Service category was awarded to Gem for their Social Media and Analytics service offering. This category is in recognition of companies who produced a new product or service since September 1, 2010, which demonstrated creativity and business benefits. Through interacting, measuring and analyzing interactions and by interpreting the results, Gem has provided actionable business insights for their clients.

CCMA Ireland was launched in October 1999, in the National Museum of Ireland with the support of 80 people interested in developing professionalism within the call centre industry. CCMA Ireland is a not for profit organization. It is run by industry professionals on a voluntary basis. Board members are elected annually at the Association’s annual general meeting.
