Chris Palmer Hired to Manage Global Contact Center Service Delivery

Rochester, NY - January 14, 2008 – Concentrix Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), today announced the company has hired Chris Palmer as Vice President for Worldwide Contact Center Operations. As a member of the company’s senior management team, Palmer will be instrumental in driving results and operational improvements for Concentrix clients at centers in the United States, the Philippines, and China.

Palmer comes to Concentrix from EchoStar Satellite, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in training, operations and call center service delivery culminating in his most previous role as Vice President of Operations for outsourced call centers.
