Peter Doak Receives 2012 Heroes Award for Social Media Work

The Professional Planning Forum is a UK-based independent industry body that promotes best practice and effective planning in customer contact operations.  They work with all sectors to provide strategic advice and best practice support for managers and to offer specialist training and accreditation for planning and analysis. The Planning Forum Hero Awards recognizes the exceptional personal contribution members have made in developing the contribution of planning within their own organizations and developing best practices and professionalism in the wider industry.
