The program will combine personalized messaging and custom landing pages — combined with integrated direct mail, email and contact center capability, to generate maximum response and lead conversion.
Through the use of IMPAX, Concentrix’ proprietary cross-media platform, the program will create highly-targeted, multi-phase campaigns to reach recipients in the most effective way possible with unique messaging and media.
