Concentrix Expands Small Business Services for Global Technology Leader

New Shenzhen center offers small business support in native language

Rochester, NY — August 2, 2011 — Concentrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) said today that the company has expanded the small business support services it provides to one of the world’s leading networking equipment and systems companies.

This includes opening a Small Business Support Center in Shenzhen, China to provide local language support for Taiwan and China (Mandarin) and Hong Kong (Cantonese).

The Shenzhen center provides highly skilled and certified engineering staff to assist customers with installation, configuration, set-up and other requirements for switches, routers and access points. As with the other Small Business Support Centers, Concentrix provides a universal agent model – providing a “one stop shop” for small business support. Concentrix also operates similar facilities in Tokyo, Japan and Greenville, South Carolina.

According to Ken Lau, Concentrix China Managing Director, “This location reflects our commitment to serving our client’s customers in their native language, with the high level of support they need.” The center operates Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (China Standard Time).
