New Engagement Supports Largest Private Sector Bank in India

Rochester, NY — July 19, 2011 — Concentrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation, (NYSE: SNX) announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to support domestic customer acquisition in India for a joint venture between the largest private sector bank in India and a leading international financial services group headquartered in the United Kingdom.

Concentrix will provide sales services for the company including contacting existing customers about ways they can benefit from new or expanded insurance services. The primary goal of the Concentrix effort is to generate highly qualified leads which can be transitioned into the sales process.

The selection of Concentrix follows a review of relationships the company has with other sales outsourcing providers. According to the client, Concentrix was selected for its ability to combine best practices with a superior price-benefit model. Primary service will be provided out of the Concentrix offices in Bangalore, India.
