Working with one of the world’s leading providers of business and financial management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, Concentrix will support customer acquisition for the client’s unique mobile marketing solution. By tapping into the fast-growing mobile/cell phone marketing services segment, the software allows SMB’s to build their brand and develop customer loyalty by sending personalized text messages to their customers.

Additionally, in a unique, first of its kind text-based service, Concentrix will provide free daily ‘real time’ agriculture commodity price rates to farmers in India. A text message with the latest updated vegetable prices is sent to farmers who are registered for the service, allowing them to make important decisions about the daily sale of their produce. Concentrix India provides this service when the agriculture markets are open throughout the day.
