Concentrix Breaks New Ground

New Philippine Facilities and U.S. Upgrades Complete

Rochester, NY - May 1, 2008 – Concentrix, a wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) today announces that the company has completed two expansion projects in the Philippines along with a top-to-bottom upgrade of its existing Rochester, NY operations center.

With construction complete, the new centers in Manila and Davao, Philippines bring online an additional 1,500 seats to increment capacity in Manila, Davao and Cagayan de Oro. The centers – both new construction – are located adjacent to existing locations to allow for operational efficiency as well as provide a seamless customer visit experience.

The company’s existing operations center in Rochester, NY – including a 500-seat call center along with print and fulfillment distribution – has undergone a complete overhaul, including the relocation of the call center within the existing footprint to allow for a more open environment. Along with the upgrade, Concentrix has added expansion capability, new training facilities and infrastructure improvements to give employees a more comfortable, flexible working environment.

Commenting on the new facilities and improvements, Chris Caldwell, SVP Global Business Development for SYNNEX, said, “Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with results and a customer experience that exceeds their expectation. We enable this experience by providing our employees with facilities and an environment that fosters excitement, creativity and a desire to do their best everyday.”
