The globally-staffed solution will combine teams of inside sales professionals, localized marketing programs, marketing analytics and social media to help drive demand for CA Technologies solutions. Concentrix will provide service delivery from the company’s locations in New York (Rochester), Costa Rica (San Jose), Northern Ireland (Belfast) and the Philippines (Manila).

Concentrix will collaborate with CA Technologies to deploy localized marketing programs. Concentrix will also support CA Technologies marketing efforts by integrating social media support into demand generation activities.
