Concentrix Again Chosen To Deliver Latin American Service for Leading Networking Provider

Program to include chat, email and demand generation

Rochester, NY — June 23, 2011 — Concentrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) today announced that it has again been selected to support the Latin American efforts of one of the world’s leading networking equipment and systems companies.

Specifically, Concentrix will handle all pre-sales support and demand generation for the region. This will include taking calls, chat inquiries and emails from business users who are considering purchasing complex technology solutions. Concentrix personnel will also make outbound calls to follow up with business-to-business prospects and customers.

Services will be provided in the languages of the region including Spanish, Portuguese and English. According to the client, Concentrix was awarded the business based on an excellent understanding of customer requirements plus the proven ability to deliver the right solutions for its needs.
