Concentrix Adds New Center in Nicaragua

Rochester, NY and Managua, Nicaragua - March 11, 2009 – Concentrix Corporation, a global knowledge process outsourcing company and wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), announced today the company has opened call center operations in Managua, Nicaragua.

The new center demonstrates the strong demand for Latin American-based contact center services and strengthens the company’s ability to support Spanish-speaking customer requirements.

Nicaragua is the largest country in Central America with a population of 5.77 million. Due to its location and history, Nicaragua has had very strong cultural ties to the United States. Nearly 20% of the bilingual students and young professionals in Nicaragua learned English while in the U.S. Nicaragua also provides a modern infrastructure, with a fully privatized telecommunications sector and access to global submarine cable networks. The country also supports a highly educated workforce with low turnover and absenteeism.
