General Description
We are looking for Telephone Interviewers, who can complete Telephone Surveys in a fast pace environment and must be able to adapt to rapid change to ensure the success of Concentrix and our Client.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic Computer Knowledge is preferred
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- High School degree is a must
- Result oriented, team player and able to multitask
- Previous Sales Experience is a plus
- Ability to type 25wpm
