General Description

We are looking for Telephone Interviewers, who can complete Telephone Surveys in a fast pace environment and must be able to adapt to rapid change to ensure the success of Concentrix and our Client.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
Essential Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic Computer Knowledge is preferred
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • High School degree is a must
  • Result oriented, team player and able to multitask
  • Previous Sales Experience is a plus
  • Ability to type 25wpm
