 General Description: 

We are looking for skilled Technical Support Specialists who will be working closely with anIT team in a web environment to analyze and provide solutions to user’s requests using in-house software.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with a technical support team to resolveticket requests quickly
• Strong attention to detail

Essential Knowledge and Skills

•  Excellent English language proficiency.
• Knowledge in any computer language is preferred (e.g. HTML, ASP, PHP, Coldfusion, Java, Javascript, Jquery, mySql).
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, IM and Email software, text editor such as Notepad or Dreamweaver).
• HS Diploma is a must.
• Problem solving skills.
• Detail Oriented.
• Capable to navigate through websites.
