Sales Program Director

Successful candidate will oversee a global team of TeleProspecting Representatives (TPRs) who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers and developing BANT-qualified leads for a variety of CA products and services. This individual will also be the primary day-to-day contact with the client and will, through excellent performance and relationship development, have responsibility for growing the relationship. The initial team of will focus on growing CA’s penetration of the Mid- and Enterprise-level markets in the US and Canada.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive a successful global inside sales team, located in multiple sites, supporting a Fortune 500 software company
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily sales performance metrics
  • Create and maintain a world-class sales culture, focused on delivering results
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day professional single point of contact for your client
  • Work with your Sales Managers to motivate and drive performance of your global TPR sales teams
  • Analyze performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop your team
  • Conduct weekly KPI review conference calls with clients and internal team members
  • Identify, recommend and implement ways to add value to the client relationship
  • Build relationships with your client and identify opportunities to grow revenue for Concentrix
  • Build relationships with your global colleagues in Marketing, Production and IT to ensure flawless support for your team
  • Effectively manage expenses to ensure delivery of internal margin goals

Your Key Attributes and Skills:

  • College graduate or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of successful technology products/services sales management experience (inside sales/call center-based sales a plus)
  • 5+ years of successful client relationship management experience
  • Exemplary communication skills (written and oral), coaching skills, and demonstrated good business judgment
  • Excellent human relations skills and ability to create and maintain high energy, highly motivated sales teams
  • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated creative thinking
  • Ability and desire to work with and manage teams in a variety of geographic locations with a variety of cultures and languages
  • Strong aptitude for technology and demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain productivity and effectiveness in an ever changing environment

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Experience in successfully managing complex projects
  • Experience in effectively managing global teams in multiple locations
  • Fluency in a second language other than English
  • Willingness to travel globally.  At times, may require up to 50% travel.
