GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Concentrix Costa Rica, is looking for full time Renewals Agents, to make outbound telephone calls to Business Clients in the United States on behalf of a leading IT software manufacturer to renew the service contract.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS 90-100% (SPOKEN).
• Schedule from Monday thru Friday business hours in the US.
• Outbound sales experience (REQUIRED).
• Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment.
• Have a very friendly and outgoing personality.
• Responsible and committed.
• Customer service and/or contact center experience is a plus.
