The Campaign Coordinator supports CA Technologies by ensuring that all demand generation email campaigns are properly set up and executed on time and without errors. This individual will work very closely, with client contacts in Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing and Marketing Operations as well as his/her internal colleagues in Concentrix Rochester and around the world.
The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution and deployment of email and web campaigns for CA Technologies. This may involve working with client Database Analysts to identify and select the targets for each campaign, working with CA’s Marketing Department who will author all content, and using the client’s marketing automation platform to set up and deploy various campaign assets. He/She will also work with the CA Program Sales Director to ensure that all TeleProspecting Representatives are thoroughly trained on the campaign details including targeting, offers, response process etc. The Coordinator will then prepare and deliver campaign performance reporting. Since, this is a global program, the Marketing Coordinator will also interface with peers inCosta Rica, thePhilippinesandNorthern Irelandto provide support for campaign materials that have been translated into a variety of languages.
Specific Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain a high degree of knowledge of client’s products and services in order to understand campaign strategy, design and development.
- Develop and maintain a high degree of knowledge of Aprimo Marketing Studio automation tool.
- Develop and maintain a high degree of knowledge of CA’s communications portals
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns.
- Work with Concentrix team members to ensure theaccurate geographic localization of all content and lists have been completed and approved.
- Ensure that all campaigns clear the defined approval processes, both internal and external and are delivered without error.
- Ensure that all data associated with campaign target lists is clean and properly selected.
- Ensure that each campaign is properly set up in all necessary applications to support tracking, analysis and data transfer.
- CreateTPRtraining/reference materials and present to sales team.
- Maintain CA Marketing Communications Intranet portal
- Manage the pre-deployment testing process and provide approval for launch.
- Prepare and deliver client-facing reporting per their specifications.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years successful email and web marketing campaign management and execution experience
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and detail focus
- Persistence and tenacity to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with team members in multiple sites around the globe. May require early morning and evening conference calls to coordinate schedules.
- Ability to work independently, yet proficient operating in a collaborative environment
- Experience in developing and preparing reports, including interpretation of results.
Other Key Skills:
- Background in B2B marketing and/or sales; including prior outbound teleprospecting experience
- Strong background with SalesForce.com
- Basic familiarity with SQL databases
- Basic experience with Content Management Systems
- Social Media and Social Marketing experience a plus
- Basic experience with SEO
- Graphic design, copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Dreamweaver
- Experience with HTML
- PC and Mac expertise
- Fluency in languages other than English
