GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Concentrix Costa Rica, is looking for full time Customer Service Representatives, to do follow up on loan applications that come in thru a website or on inbound calls. To the information received, we do back office processes such as: data consistency verification, bank statement validation, up sell and guidance for the applicant to process the loan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • EXCELLENT LANGUAGE SKILLS 90-100% (IN ANY LANGUAGE SPOKEN).
  • Schedule flexibility (weekends included). Five day working schedule.
  • Detail and process oriented.
  • Responsible and committed.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Customer service and/or contact center experience is a plus.
