Concentrix is seeking to hire fresh and experienced Customer Service professionals who will be responsible for supporting its Domestic Operations.
All new hires will receive in-depth training on the products and customer service processes prior to assuming responsibilities. Initial assignment will require representatives to demonstrate strong customer service skills. Specific job responsibilities include calling, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions, identifying and maximizing opportunities.
• Customer service or domestic sales experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to Handle calls and Make sales.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Aggressive, energetic self-starter and independent worker who is comfortable working
in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication ability.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Should be fluent in English and Tamil or Hindi.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
