Philippines President Visits Concentrix Institute

Cyber Corridor Tour Includes Stop at Davao Operations Center

Rochester, NY - February 8, 2010 - Concentrix Corporation, a global knowledge process outsourcing company and wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), today shared details of the February 2nd visit by Philippines President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to its Damosa IT Park office in Davao, Philippines. President Arroyo included a visit to the facility as part of her weeklong "cyber corridor" tour.

"It was an honor to host President Arroyo at the Concentrix Institute," said Vincent Fan, Concentrix Vice President and General Manager. "We are thrilled to have been selected as an example of one of Davao's leading companies." Concentrix staff showcased various aspects of the Davao site including the Concentrix Institute, a training center that provides business and soft-skills training programs for students seeking to advance their careers.

The tour was dubbed the "cyber corridor" tour because it highlighted President Arroyo’s legacy in terms of building digital infrastructure and encouraging the blossoming of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. The President visited several regions that host call centers, envisioning that these areas will become "next wave cities", attracting more clients and investment in the IT sector.
