Training:
Concentrix is committed to making sure all employees receive continuous training, development and feedback throughout their tenure with us. The process starts with a program that prepares an employee to be as effective in their new position as possible. Training needs analyses are initiated periodically to determine what type of formal training will be conducted by the training department and/or management staff. Refresher courses are also conducted with regularity in order to ensure the necessary skill sets are further reinforced and developed.
For new customer support agents training includes extensive role play based on the practical application of the necessary knowledge. Following initial training, agents are coached and developed by the management staff with the full support of the training department. As part of the training department, our internal QA analysts provide verbal and written feedback regarding the quality of the agent's communication, creating additional coaching opportunities for management and the trainers. Each QA report is tailored to meet the needs and KPI's of our clients.
