Customer service representatives
Handle and record incoming telephone calls for our clients.
As a member of our client's team, you are extensively trained to address customer inquiries and problems, and sometimes, to promote additional products or services.
Help desk/technical support representatives
Assist our clients' customers by efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical issues and inquiries. Many of these positions require specific technical certifications and experience in computer networks, systems, software, hardware, and peripherals. We may also require and/or provide training on client-specific services and offerings.
