Among the positions we offer:

Customer service representatives handle and record incoming telephone calls for our clients. As a member of our client's team, you are extensively trained to address customer inquiries and problems, and sometimes, to promote additional products or services.

Help desk/technical support representatives assist our clients' customers by efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical issues and inquiries. Many of these positions require specific technical certifications and experience in computer networks, systems, software, hardware, and peripherals. We may also require and/or provide training on client-specific services and offerings.

Sales representatives develop and grow customer relationships for our clients. Trained to thoroughly understand and communicate on behalf of our clients, you will be responsible for promoting products and services to customers and prospects, finding new opportunities, nurturing prospects to become customers, taking orders, and closing sales.

Managers and supervisors are responsible for coaching, evaluating, and motivating their management teams, as well as reporting on overall program performance.
