Concentrix is seeking to hire experienced Outbound Lead Generation Representatives who will be responsible for contacting business establishments to generate leads. The individual will professionally champion the message of the client while representing Concentrix and deliver desired results in the highest quality manner with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the Outbound Lead Generation Representative will use a contact management system to mange opportunities to elevate qualified information and leads to the client.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To meet or exceed client requirements for deliverable output on a daily basis.
• Place lead and customer follow up calls.
• Technically profile prospect calls as directed.
• Monitor and maintain lead volumes to assigned territory and/or individually assigned lists.
• Augment existing database records in order to provide the latest company and contact information to the client, as well as any intelligence on the marketplace that can be captured.
• Act in a professional manner and maintain the voice of the client.
• Meet or exceed minimum requirements for telemarketing process and results measurements (number of dials, amount of telephone time, etc.) to ensure activity leads are sufficient to drive productivity results.
• Peer Monitoring / Mentoring
• Participate in team meetings
• Assist management in activities and projects as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six-months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some projects require some specific experience in areas such as business software and hardware, telecommunications, print media or finance.
