NETWORK VOICE SUPPORT ENGINEER

General Description

The Network Voice Support Engineer (NVSE) will provide technical support to small to medium business customers and will be product specialists within their area of expertise. The NVSE will provide support from pre-sales through warranty to entitlement support and will be responsible for delivering full cycle resolution to the customer. The NVSE will provide the technical support, complete end-to-end case management and pre-sales assistance and support sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

 • 2-5 years of Cisco specific VoIP experience.
 • Must be able to work within a multiple service delivery environment
   (Phones, Email, Chat, and Online Support Forum).
 • CCNA required.
 • 3+ years of experience in a related technical support environment.
 • Cisco networking experience required, additional Cisco certifications preferred.
 • Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches and wireless equipment.
 • Demonstrated abilities in the following areas:
    • Wireless Devices UC5xx, IP, TCP, UDP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, EIGRP, OSFP and IGMP protocols
 • Experience with SSH and NAT.
 • Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills in a highly complex network environment.
 • Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, good judgment
    and mature interpersonal skills.
 • U.S. Citizenship required.
 • Must be able to multi-task.
 • English: Fluent, Spanish, or French as an additional lingual is a plus.
 • Flexible work hours for first, second and third shift scheduling needs.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 2nd, and 3rd shifts (Hours of Operation 24/7)
