Concentrix is seeking to hire experienced Inside Sales professionals who will be responsible for supporting Office Depot's field sales organization by growing profitable revenue within a pre-defined account list. Successful representatives will manage their assigned territories using Concentrix' sales management application; identifying customer needs and selling the best solutions to their customers, while working closely with field sales representatives to build relationships and maximize opportunities.
All new hires will receive in-depth training on Office Depot products and sales processes prior to assuming sales responsibilities and must pass a written and oral final certification exam and a 30 day nesting period. Initial assignment will require representatives to work in a predictive dialer-based program demonstrating strong sales skills prior to assuming territory management responsibilities. Specific job responsibilities include territory management, warm and cold calling business professionals, creating and maintaining rapport, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions, overcoming objections, generating sales and identifying and maximizing opportunities. In addition to the revenue and profit objectives, this position will be held accountable for achieving specific sales metrics on a continual basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
• Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 2 or more years successful sales or small business
ownership experience.
• Previous successful solution selling experience or successful small business ownership
would be a distinct advantage.
• Previous office supplies purchasing experience would also be advantageous and may be considered
in lieu of sales experience.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Excellent call handling and objection handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
