An average US citizen is getting approximately 4,000 brand messages a day in accordance to a study at Berkeley University. Too much to consume. Too much to add to it. Mass marketing has crossed the saturation level. As a consequence everybody has to choose their target customers more carefully than ever before. Relationship marketing is expensive but we trust it is also much more successful.
